Carlisle’s Christmas Teenage Market

🎄 Calling All Cumberland Young Entrepreneurs & Performers! 🎄

We're helping you make the most of the festive season by bringing our Christmas Teenage Market to Carlisle this November. We know our young entrepreneurs create amazing, one-of-a-kind gifts that Christmas shoppers love, so we're giving you the opportunity to connect with those early bird buyers and maximise your sales potential during the 2026 festive season.

🎁Sell Your Products 🎁
Whether you create artwork, crafts, jewellery, clothing, gifts, baked goods or something completely different, we'd love to hear from you.

🎤 Perform Live 🎤
We also have 9 performance slots available throughout the day. Performers will be based in the Market Hall dining area, giving you access to a fantastic audience of shoppers and visitors who appreciate live entertainment. Sound and audio equipment will be provided, so all you need to bring is your talent!
Please note: Due to space restrictions within the Market Hall, we are unable to offer performance slots to large groups at this event.

Set within one of the country's few remaining covered Victorian markets, which will be decorated for the festive season, this promises to be a truly special Christmas event.

If you're aged 8-25, you can apply for a stall or performance slot and the best part is it's:
🔥 100% FREE
No fees. No fuss. Just bring your talent.

What are you waiting for? Secure your place and make your moment happen this Christmas!

The Teenage Market is a welcoming, accessible and inclusive space for all young people.

Please note that stalls are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we select a diverse range of traders and performers to showcase the incredible creativity, talent and skills of young people from across Cumberland.

Due to how our Teenage Market is funded priority is given to stallholders and performers from the Cumberland area.

If you have any questions or need support with your application, please contact us at teenagemarket@cumberland.gov.uk.

Please note: Participants under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the duration of the market.
