The Teenage Market is coming to the Feel Good Family Picnic!Thursday, 31 July 2025 – Hare Hill Park, Littleborough
This is a great opportunity for you to turn your hobbies in to cash by hosting a stall or performing on our Teenage Market stage.
It is free to take part. Open to people aged 13 – 25 years old.
Are you a young artist or maker, performer, baker, small business owner? Here’s a great chance for you to sell your products, meet your customers and make a bit of cash in the process. We’ve had everything from crochet and textiles to paintings and photography for sale at previous markets. People have sold handmade jewellery and home baked cupcakes and cookies. Some stallholders have offered henna painting or 3D printing services to visitors. The sky is the limit in what you could sell – so get creative!
This summer the Teenage Market is taking part in the Feel Good Family Picnic. An event which takes place over four days at different outdoor locations across the Rochdale borough. It attracted over 15,000 visitors across the four days last year – so expect it to be a busy market!
We are looking for stallholders and performers who would like to take part in either one or two of these days.
Each day is open from 12pm-4pm.
Tuesday, 29 July 2025 – Rochdale Town Hall Square, Rochdale
Wednesday, 30 July 2025 – Limefield Playing Fields, Middleton
Thursday, 31 July 2025 – Hare Hill Park, Littleborough
Friday, 1 August 2025 – Queen's Park, Heywood
How to apply?
All you need to do is sign up as a ‘Trader’ or ‘Performer’ on the Teenage Market website. Fill in your profile with plenty of information. Make sure to include some photographs of your products!
Then navigate to the day and location on the Teenage Market website you would like to take part in on the Events section and click ‘apply’.
Deadline for all applications is Monday 7th July 2025.
IMPORTANT! If you would like to trade or perform at multiple dates in the Feel Good Family Picnic you will have to apply to each day separately.
The Teenage Market organisers will then get in touch with you via email with more information. So make sure your email address is accurate on your profile and you can access your inbox in the school summer holidays!

Who can get involved?
By young people, we mean anyone aged between 13 – 25 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be supervised by a carer or guardian.
We want to prioritise anyone from the Rochdale borough but if you live in Greater Manchester or the North West of England you can still apply.
The opportunity is open to all levels of experience. If you have never done a market before we will support you with how to set up a stall, and all the other logistics around becoming a market trader or performer.
