Do you have a creative hobby you would love to share with the world? Whether you're just starting out or already selling your work, the Festive Margate Teenage Market is the perfect place to showcase your talent and it’s completely free to take part!
Taking place on Saturday 29th November 2025, this special market is part of the wider Margate Christmas event and will bring a festive buzz to the town centre with music, lights, and a joyful community atmosphere.
We’re on the lookout for young entrepreneurs aged 8 to 25 from across Thanet to run their own market stall. Whether you create handmade crafts, art, jewellery, fashion, homewares, bakes, or something completely unique, we would love to hear from you!
Stalls are free but limited, so we will be prioritising applications from Margate and the wider Thanet area. To help us choose, please include as much detail as possible about your products and remember to attach clear photos when you apply.
🎤 We’re also inviting young performers to take to the stage and entertain the crowds with live music, dance, poetry, comedy, or spoken word. Whether you’re a solo act or part of a group, this is your moment to shine.
If you are under 17, please make sure a responsible adult can attend with you and stay for the duration of the event.
