Information

Sleaford is a historic market town in North Kesteven, at the heart of Lincolnshire. Boasting many beautiful buildings, surrounded by stunning countryside, Sleaford is an idyllic rural location. The town centre supports numerous surrounding villages, and with no larger towns within a 15-mile drive, its catchment is significant.

Sleaford’s most notable attribute is the presence of 3 exceptional secondary schools – Kesteven and Sleaford High School Selective Academy, Carre’s Grammar School, and St George’s Academy. Together these schools deliver secondary education to almost 4000 students from the age of 11 – 18. Given this enormous wealth of young talent in the heart of the town, the decision to deliver The Teenage Market for their benefit is a no-brainer!

Thanks to partnership with Millstream Square, young talent can apply to get involved in an already exciting and bustling market, surrounded by small artisan businesses. If you would like a free-market stall or space to entertain, sign up on this website either as a “Trader” or “Performer” where you can set up your profile and then apply to take part.

These markets are being delivered by North Kesteven District Council, funded by the government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
