Stoke-on-Trent is looking for young creative traders and talented performers for our Teenage Market, which take place in the City Centre (Hanley).

Stoke-on-Trent is very supportive of its markets and is always on the lookout to create new markets. There is at least one market taking place every day of the week with our four indoor and five outdoor markets plus we run specialist markets around the City throughout the year, such as the King’s Markets for artisans and specialists and continental markets. Following on from the success of our first Teenage Market held in May, we are excited to be holding these new markets aimed at giving young people a platform to trial trading in our City.

If you are aged 12 – 25 (inclusive) you can register to take part either as a trader or performer. We just need you to provide your time, enthusiasm and of course great products and services.

So if you make things and would like to try and sell them, then register now to become a trader. If you want to raise your profile or practice performing in front of crowds then register now to become a performer whether it’s as a dancer, singer or circus act. Maybe you are a in a local dance group or are in band and want to show what you can do, well we have the ideal platform, we just need to hear from you.
